Store at room temperature for up to two weeks after purchase or for up to six months in the freezer.
Do Not Store/Keep the Pavlova in your refrigerator.
You can pre-decorate with cream and fruit and refrigerate for up to 3 days. |

Pavlovas are usually dressed with fresh unsweetened whipped cream and selected fruits and nuts. The options seem endless, and provide a real opportunity for hosts to express themselves creatively.
Kiwifruit and strawberries are traditional favourites. But pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, peaches, banana, coconut, raspberries and grapes are also common in a variety of combinations. These are often combined with nuts such as hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts. Some people also like to add chocolate shavings or chocolate sauce.
Pavlovas are very versatile.
Dress them however you prefer.
